Friendlies with Schools
Dunearn Table Tennis engages in disciplined weekly training sessions led by our coaches and fitness drills to build strength, flexibility and endurance. Student athletes train regularly to hone their skills and grow both as individuals and as part of the team.
Dunearn Table Tennis also emphasizes values such as patience, discipline, respect for opponents, and emotional resilience. Student athletes learn to handle both victories and setbacks with confidence and grace, stay calm under pressure and strike with precision skills that are valuable both on and off the court.
Dunearn Table Tennis hopes to build a stronger team spirit where every member feels valued and motivated, and to train consistently and purposefully to become a more united and confident Table Tennis Team.
Together, we play. Together, we improve. Together, we rise.
